All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of a defective product upon receipt.

Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Provide Evidence: Submit an opening video showing the product being unsealed and the condition upon opening.

Exchange Process: Once we verify the defect, we will provide instructions for returning the item and offer an exchange for the same product.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Policy on Replacements

We do not offer refunds. We only replace items if they are damaged, and this replacement is contingent upon providing a clear opening video as evidence of the damage.
